Thanksgiving in Shenzhen ended up being really good, despite being away from home. Luckily, I don't have classes in the afternoon on Thursdays, so I had a lot of time to start cooking dinner. Our menu included stuffing made in a rice cooker, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, bruschetta, chicken and apple crisp! We still managed to stuff ourselves, just as if we were at home! Unfortunately, Courtney and Chris didn't end up visiting, but they are going to try to come during the spring... so Disney will have to wait until then!
